Instruction to candidates before filling up admission form 2016 -17 (Bachelor of Fine Arts) Semester Basis

Candidates are instructed to attach following documents with downloaded form from the website before sending the application form by Registered Post/ Speed Post/by hand.


In order to apply online, applicants have to register themselves first by providing Mobile number and other details


Applicants must provide valid email id or mobile no. else the registration process will not be completed.


• Bank Draft of Rs.600/- (Rupees Six Hundred ) only in favour of “THE INDIAN COLLEGE OF ARTS AND DRAFTSMANSHIP”, on State Bank of India, Payable at Nager Bazar Branch (Branch Code-04605) (Bank Draft not to be made from Nager Bazar branch, drafts can be made from any branch of State Bank of India other than Nager Bazar branch) is necessary before filling up application form, because Bank Name & Draft number will be required while filling up online form, therefore bank draft to be prepared beforehand..


An applicant will be required to upload his / her scanned Photograph size  ( width 140px X height 160px) during filling up the admission form


After Final Submission of the application, applicant will be able to take print out of the filled up form.


The candidate must take a printout and duly sign in appropriate place and submit the same along with self attested copies of all mark sheets, certificates and other relevant documents and Original Bank Draft to the office of The Indian College of arts and draftsmanship either in person or by post within the date mentioned by authority.



Print out of Complete Filled up form must be submitted to the College Office with following Documents by Hand or by Post

Self Attested Photo copy of Admit Card of Madhyamik (for Age Proof).


Self Attested Photo copy of Mark Sheet of Madhyamik and  Higher Secondary Exam.


Self-Attested Photo copy of Mark Sheet of Self Attested Photo   copy of Mark Sheet of B.A. / B.Sc. / B.Com. (if applicable)


Copy of the Registration Certificate of above University (if applicable)


Self Attested Photo copy of Mark Sheet of M.A./ M.Sc./ M.Com.  (if applicable)


Copy of the Registration Certificate of above University (if applicable)


Self Attested Photo copy of Cast Certificate (for SC/ ST/ OBC   Candidates)


Self Attested Photo copy of Physical Disability Certificate (for Physically challenged Candidates)


Forms will be available from 30th May, 2016 to 25th  June, 2016 (up to 4.00 P.M.) through our College Website


Last date of Submission of Complete Filled up Form to the College Office is 28/06/2016 (up to 4.00 pm) with original Bank Draft & other relevant documents.


Maximum Age on 01/07/2016 not over 23 Years. (Relaxation of 2 years for SC, ST candidate)


Break of study not more than 2 Years.


Minimum Qualification – Passed Higher Secondary or Equivalent Examination.


Candidates may apply maximum four (4) subjects in separate application. Candidates may also apply for the same subject in Day Section and Evening Section in separate application Form. Only Graphics Dept. (Print Making) is available in Day Section / Batch


Incomplete and improperly filled Application Form will be rejected.


The Candidates will get their Admit card through Online.


Admit Card for the Entrance Examination can be downloaded through College website from 07/07/2016 to 11/07/2016.
